Who we are

With over 25 years in the high-purity inspection and fabrication industry, I’ve built a career around precision, safety, and code integrity. My work spans high-purity piping systems, advanced welding practices, and non-destructive examination (NDE), with a focus on training, program development, and code compliance.

As the founder of M3 NDT & Code Consulting, I help clients navigate the complexities of ASME and AWS standards, develop robust NDT programs, and ensure their welding procedures (WPS) meet the highest levels of performance and regulatory alignment. My hands-on experience in cleanroom-grade piping and process systems gives me a unique perspective on the intersection of fabrication quality and code requirements.

I serve on multiple ASME and AWS code committees, including as Chair of the AWS D18 Standards Committee, where I contribute to the development of industry standards that shape safety and quality across sectors. I hold certifications as an AWS Senior Certified Welding Inspector (SCWI) and ACCP Level III, and I’m passionate about mentoring professionals and elevating technical excellence through education.
